What is an e-Sample?
An e-Sample is a virtual sample of the watch that you've chosen, customized with your company / organizational logo.  The e-sample acts as your convincer because you can see in advance exactly how well your logo looks on the dial of your chosen watch! See the exact size, position, & coloring of your logo on the watch dial. Take comfort in knowing that any potential "oops!" have been taken care of in advance.

How long it takes for receive an e-Sample?
Once we receive your artwork via e-mail, you'll receive your customized
e-sample watch with your logo on the dial within 72 hours. Normaly we deliver it within less than 48 hours. If you're in a hurry, let us know, and we will do our best to get it back to you within 24 hours.

How much does it cost?
The first e-sample is absolutely free of charge. Additional e-samples are available at $20.00 each.

How do I know which watch to choose? Where do I start?
A good idea is to first consider your budget. If you're looking to spend between $4.99 and $36.99 per watch, then a good place to look would be our Special Promotions section.  There you will find more than 150 quality watches to choose from, all within your price range.

If you're looking to spend a little more, we'd suggest our Corporate, Sports & European Watch sections where you'll find more than 250 high quality watches to choose from.  We know that's a lot of choice! But we make it easy for you...

On all of our pages you will find a handy dropbox listing of all watch categories.  You can travel seamlessly between pages and categories at your convenience.
 

How To Place An Order Return to Top

How do I place an order?
Fotowatch provides a detailed Preliminary Order Form  for your convenience.
Please fill it in, and send the completed order form to us online.
You will then receive, via fax, your detailed Order Confirmation for your signature and approval. The Order Confirmation contains all of the details of your order and can be modified or corrected before signature and return.

What are my payment options?
Fotowatch currently accepts the following forms of payment:
By company check · personal check · online check· bank to bank wire transfer (our bank information is shown on the Official Order Confirmation) · money order · travelers cheques.

When is payment due?
Unless other arrangements have been discussed, payment is due at the time of order - a standard for highly customized logo objects.

Will I receive a receipt?
Invoices/Receipts are delivered with all logo watch orders.  Upon request, paid in full invoices/receipts can be mailed 1 week after following payment receipt.
 

Approval Prototype Return to Top

What is an approval prototype?
The approval prototype is the actual physical watch that you have ordered with your logo on the dial.  It is provided to the customer before launching full production of your order.  The customer receives the prototype, looks it over, and confirms whether all logo and watch details are conform to the order details.

In other words, it's your insurance that there will not be any unexpected  surprises upon delivery of your order.  It is your insurance against the "oops" factor.  You'll know what's in the delivery package before you open it!

When can I expect to receive my approval prototype?
In most cases and when required, the approval prototype is delivered to you 2-3 weeks after order confirmation.  If you are in a hurry and have requested expedited production and delivery of your order, you can save approxinmately 1 week to 10 days off of the order process by opting for an electronic approval sample (e-sample).  You would receive, via e-mail, a very accurate and detailed photo image of your watch with your logo on the dial.  The factory e-sample, produced by design professionals, is scaled to size (1:1)  and is a strong substitute for a physical prototype.

How will I know the status of my order?
Fotowatch will e-mail you regular updates of your order status.

When will I receive my order?
Your watch order is delivered approximately 2 weeks after protype approval.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders of 200 or more pieces of any model from our web site to any U.S. destination.  Low shipping rates apply for all orders under 200 pieces as well as for our non U.S. customers.  Please contact us for details.
In addition, customers have the option of having their order shipped using their own carrier. Carrier account details would need to be provided on the order form.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order ships, Fotowatch e-mails you your tracking number as well as the direct link to our order tracking page.  There you can insert your tracking number and receive an immediate update and status of your shipped order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Fotowatch offers special low international shipping rates. Please contact us for details.  Customs shipping documents are prepared free of charge.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Once your domestic US order ships via the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with POD (proof of delivery), you can expect for your order to be delivered in 2-3 days. If using your own shipper, or are shipping internationally, the delivery schedule would depend upon which service you've indicated for us to use (overnight, economy etc).  Please check with your carrier for details.

Which carrier do you use?
Our default carrier is the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with POD (proof of delivery).  Delivery is normally within 2-3 days after ship.

What is Fotowatch's return policy?
All logo watches are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase against defective materials or workmanship. Please notify us via email at service at fotowatch.com should you need to return a watch which is under warranty. Insure to specify in your email a precise explanation of the problem.

Before returning any watches you will need to have a return authorization number provided by us. Any watches being returned without a pre-assigned return authorization number will be not be accepted. We suggest that you insure your watch(es) during ship.

Can I use your carrier for returns?
Each customer must use his own carrier or the USPS for any and all returns.

How much is return shipping?
Please check with your designated carrier for shipping costs.

Will I have to pay additional charges for returns?
Once you've received your return authorization number, you should return your watch(es) to us, insured, along with a check or money order which covers return postage and handling. Return postage and handling is $8.00 per watch.

Do you match price?
Most all of the logo watches featured on our web site are exclusive to this site. However, in the rare event that a customer finds an identical watch for a lower price elsewhere, we will be happy to discuss price matching.
Important: The watch would need to be identical in every way to the Fotowatch model featured (including but not limited to quality, movement, case & strap material, style, etc.).

Can Fotowatch bill us for our order?
All orders are payable at time of order. Special payment arrangements can be made with long-time customers on a case to case basis.

When will we receive our final invoice?
Final invoice is delivered with your order. Upon request, we can forward your "paid in full" invoice to you a minimum of 7 days following order payment.

For domestic orders, are state taxes applicable?
Fotowatch is an Illinois based company. All orders purchased by a company in Illinois or delivered to an address in Illinois will be assessed the applicable state tax.

For international orders, who pays import duties and taxes?
For international orders, import duties and taxes are assessed by the importing country's government and are to be paid by the buyer.
