Ordering Process   -  How to make your Order

Custom Imprinted Promotional Logo Watches

Follow these simple steps:

• 1 First, select your watch:

  
  Need our help in choosing? Simply fill out our easy 3 STEP Form.
  Based on the information provided, we'll suggest the perfect watch for your logo watch project.
  
  

• 2 Request a Free e-Sample:

  
  The e-Sample is a photo (digital Proof) of your selected watch, whose dial has been customized with your company logo. It allows you to see what your logo watch will look like at delivery, before you order!

  If you would like to see your logo on one of our watches, simply order a free e-Sample. Here's how:

  From within the product pages, click on your selected watch and then click the Orange "Request an e-Sample" Button in the bottom right-hand corner. You will be able to attach your logo.

  Send us an e-mail with your logo attached.

  Be sure to include your company name, the model number of your selected watch, your requested delivery date and the approximate quantity of watches you are seeking. Fotowatch will do the rest.

  After jotting down the watch model number, Click on the "Free e-Sample" link in the top navigation of any page. You will be taken to the e-Sample Request Page.

  We will e-mail you back with an electronic sample within 72 hours! Need it sooner? Let us know.

• 3 Preliminary Order Form:

  
  Along with your e-Sample and detailed proposal, you will receive a Preliminary Order Form in PDF format via e-mail. TO ORDER, fill in the blanks and return it to Fotowatch via e-mail or fax.

  NOW it's easy to finalize your order - because... What You See Is What You Get! - saving YOU lots of precious Time.

  NO Payment is necessary at this time...

• 4 Official Order Confirmation:

  
  Upon receipt of your completed Preliminary Order Form, Fotowatch will follow up with the Official Order Confirmation document for your order. It contains ALL details of your logo watch order.

  Sign it. Send it back to us via fax or e-mail. Fotowatch can now move forward on the production of your logo watch order while awaiting order payment...again - saving YOU precious Time.

  
  Fotowatch provides customer with periodic order status updates through delivery.

Fotowatch Online Order Form

Already know which logo watch you want to order? Ready to Order now? You can use our convenient Online Order Form. Simply click on the "Make an Order" link on the bottom of any page. The online order form will open in a pop-up window.

Fill in the form and click "Submit".  Separately, send your logo image to us at esamplefotowatch.com.
Fotowatch will do the rest.

Shipping

Merchandise will travel from our location to customer under customer's designated carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and account (2-Day Delivery Service unless otherwise advised), insured for maximum allowed. If customer does not have a preferred carrier account, shipment via United States Postal Service Express mail service, fully insured is available at estimated cost.

FREE SHIPPING, via FedEx (Express-Saver service) or the USPS (Priority Mail) is offered on all orders of 200 or more pieces to any US destination! For quicker delivery, customer may opt for Express shipment (Next-Day delivery) under customer carrier account.

Ship Method details and cost, if applicable, are included in the Official Order Confirmation document that is sent to the customer.
